New Faces at Iowa PC Services, Inc.
The year 2020 has been a year of opportunity and growth for Iowa PC Services, Inc. and we are pleased to announce the addition of two new computer technicians!
Justus Folding joined IPCS in January as a trainee, and was promoted to computer technician upon his completion of the CompTIA A+ certification from the Computing Technology Industry Association.
Jerad Penick became our newest team member in November and also holds the CompTIA A+ certification. Jerad has a degree in graphic arts, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his long-standing interest in computers and his 25 years in the printing industry.
We’re confident that you’ll find both Justus and Jerad to be enthusiastic and friendly computer technicians you can trust. Anne and Donna are very happy to now have four technicians to handle appointments: Dan, Jason, Justus and Jerad are ready to meet your needs. Now, if we can just keep all the J’s straight! 🙂

Dan Bailey founded Iowa PC Services, Inc. July, 2002, and was joined by Jason Housby in November 2007. Both Dan and Jason have bachelor’s degrees in computer science, and enjoy providing top-notch service with a cheerful attitude.

Dan Bailey, president
Founder of Iowa PC Services, Dan grew up in New York State and graduated from Queensbury High School in 1980. He studied computer science and received his bachelors degree in 1984 at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He was a programmer at several insurance companies, and worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred for ten years. He was a computer programmer for over 18 years and founded Iowa PC Services, Inc. in July of 2002. He is an active member at the Grandview Church of Christ in Des Moines, and enjoys grandchildren, woodworking and walking with his lovely wife Donna.
Jason Housby, project manager
Jason was born in Illinois, and has lived in several midwestern states. The son of a minister and missionary family, he graduated from Burlington High School in 2002. He attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and in 2007 received a degree in Computer Science with minors web design and graphic design and Bible.
Jason joined Iowa PC Services, Inc. in November 2007. Over the years He has been actively involved in adaptive technology, running this department for Harding as student worker; Worked with Youth Leadership Forum in Iowa; Grandview Church of Christ in Des Moines.
In spare time, Jason enjoys construction home remodeling, singing and traveling.
Anne Ogle, administrative assistant
Anne is a very crucial member of our team, answering the phone during the major part of the day. When you call our number, 515-299-4555, you’ll hear her voice on the other end of the line.
Anne joined the IPCS Team in April, 2015. She is married and a mother of three – working from home – or wherever she happens to find herself. Anne is a people person, is very capable, and has quite a bit of experience working with the public in her previous employment. Anne was an outstanding addition to our company!
Donna Bailey, vice president, office manager
Donna Bailey, married to Dan Bailey, is our VP and office manager. She specializes in billing issues, and also helps Anne answer the phone. She has been with the company since its first year, keeping the books and managing the office, and began helping customers over the phone in 2014. Donna works in our home office and is happy to answer questions about billing and scheduling, and helps solve the occasional technical problem as well.
A licensed Iowa teacher, Donna taught in the Des Moines Public Schools before having children and then turned her attention to being a full time mom and home educator. Now that the kids are grown, she works full time with Dan at IPCS.
