IPCS Asset Tracking Allows us to maintain basic information about your computer: computer name, hardware configuration, software installed.  No cost. IPCS.help (Turbomeeting) Allows us to help you remotely.  Labor charged at normal hourly rate when we work on your computer.  Requires Session ID we give you over the phone.  No monthly fee.
